Returns for Refunds

You can return any product purchased on www.mount-it.com to Mount-It! within 60 days of the original delivery date for a full refund. Mount-It! covers return shipping costs for orders from the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return shipping costs are not covered for orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or Mexico.

No refund will be issued for any order with a Proof of Delivery from the carrier. No refund will be provided for the expedited shipping fees portion of any order.

All product returns for refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service via email at support@mount-it.com or by calling 1(855) 915-2666 Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm PST to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once the RMA is issued, Mount-it! will provide pre-paid return shipping labels and will apply a full refund of the purchase price once the product is received at our location.

Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico are responsible for any return shipping fees. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE: Products purchased at retail stores or on other websites are subject to their return policy and procedures, i.e. if purchased on Amazon, you must use Amazon's return policy procedure.

Returns for Warranty Replacement

Replacements will be provided for any defective product within the specified warranty period for that product. Replacements will be provided for the defective part or for the entire assembly/product. Product substitutions are not allowed.

All warranty replacement returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service via email at support@mount-it.com or by calling 1(855) 915-2666 Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm PST to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once the RMA is issued, Mount-it! will provide pre-paid return shipping labels and will send out the replacement product once the original product is received at our location.
