Shipping
Mount-It! offers free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges apply to orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Canada, and Mexico. We do not currently ship to any other countries.
- Mount-It! uses UPS and USPS to ship most orders, but may use other carriers, as necessary
- Expedited shipping is available during checkout for an additional fee; please select the option that best suits your needs. Expedited orders must be placed by 12 PM PST
- Mount-It! ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day
- Mount-It! makes every effort to ship orders the day they are placed, but does not guarantee that your order will ship on same day it is received and verified
- Orders are subject to verification and may require additional information from the credit card holder; if we are not able to verify order details, the pending order may be cancelled and refunded
- Delivery times are as provided by our carriers and are estimates only
- After processing, orders typically take 2-5 days from receipt to delivery
- PLEASE NOTE: Mount-It! is not able to provide refunds for packages delivered via UPS or any other carrier that have a photo proof of delivery. Please make sure that your package will be delivered to a secure location.
Return Policy
Returns for Refunds
Consumer customers can return any product purchased on www.mount-it.com to Mount-It! within 60 days of the original delivery date for a full refund. Mount-It! covers return shipping costs for orders from the United States. Return shipping costs are not covered for orders from Canada or Mexico.
BUSINESS CUSTOMERS are subject to a 15% restocking fee for new/unopened items and a 30% restocking fee for any items not in their original condition.
No refund will be issued for any order with a Proof of Delivery from the carrier. No refund will be provided for the expedited shipping fees portion of any order.
All product returns for refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service via email at support@mount-it.com or by calling 1(855) 915-2666 Monday-Friday 5 am - 5 pm PST
Residents of Canada and Mexico are responsible for any return shipping fees. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE: Products purchased at retail stores or on other websites are subject to their return policy and procedures, i.e. if purchased on Amazon, you must use Amazon's return policy procedure.
Returns for Warranty Replacement
Replacements will be provided for any defective product within the specified warranty period for that product. Replacements will be provided for the defective part or for the entire assembly/product. Product substitutions are not allowed.
All warranty replacement returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service via email at support@mount-it.com or by calling 1(855) 915-2666 Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm PST to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once the RMA is issued, Mount-It! will provide pre-paid return shipping labels and will send out the replacement product once the original product is received at our location.
Warranty
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Mount-It! This Limited Warranty applies to Mount-It! and only for Mount-It! products purchased from Mount-It!
COVERAGE OF WARRANTY
This limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Lifetime Warranty Period.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The Warranty Period for Mount-It! products purchased from Mount-It! extends for a Lifetime from the date of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty does not cover products under these conditions:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- Improperly operated devices (eg. Assembled incorrectly, mishandling, over loading, etc.)
- No proof of purchase
- Items that are unidentifiable by serial number or otherwise
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers
- Non quality related issues (after 30 days after purchase)
- Free products
- Lost or Stolen Products
