This TV mount is your perfect solution for mounting your TV above a fireplace. With the 24.8" height adjustment, you can pull your TV down to a comfortable viewing height and then put it back in place when you're done. The spring mechanism offers a counterbalance to the weight of the TV, allowing it to be lowered and raised with the touch of a finger. Swivel and level features help you precisely align your TV. Note, the screen is tilted 9 degrees when the arm is raised, and 3 degrees when the arm is lowered. This tilt position is not adjustable.
