Overview
The Under Cabinet and Ceiling TV Mount is a fold-down full motion under-cabinet TV mount compatible with 17 to 37-inch televisions and rated to hold up to 44 lb. Installs under a cabinet, shelf, or directly on a ceiling. Swings the screen out to your viewing position and folds flat against the surface when you're done. Swivels 90° (45° left and 45° right), tilt −90°, and drops 9.75 to 15.25 in below the cabinet. The drop arm lowers the screen far enough below the cabinet to reach your viewing position.

Very solid. we mounted a small TV under the cabinet with this. Needed to use our own bolts to secure it to the underside of the cabinet as it only has lag bolts included which were too long to use effectively without compromising storage space in the cabinet. Very secure and well made product though. High quality for sure.

Didn't fit but still love it
As much as I did measurement's before buying it didn't fit to where I was unable to close the tv due to the end of the mount slightly sticking out a little. However I still love this mount... I was able to install it to where my wife would be completely happy with it. The install was easy and simple.My only major problem with this is that the screw's that come with it are too long even the ones that connect to the back of the tv so I had to add 4 extra washers to each screw in the back of the TV for it to have a solid fit. And then I had to run to the hardware store to buy shorter screws for the install.No matter what I am happy with this mount as it is very solid well made mount and would recommend it for anyone who wants to install it under the cabinet.The mount moves up and down which was perfect for what I needed it for also move side to side which was amazing

Best TV mount ever
Best TV mount ever I mounted it to a 2'x2' piece of plywood and strapped it under the upper bunk in my 18 wheeler. It stays folded and is super easy to unfold when I have time to watch TV. The swivel feature makes it easy to watch from the front seats when i am parked as well. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. By the way no rattles either I am big about that as well.

Ceiling mount in RV Motorhome
I bought to install in a RV Motorhome. It was somewhat challenging to install and mount. Not because of it's design but rather because of where I wanted to install. Actually went to a larger TV size than noted in advertisement. I went with a 40 inch flat screen up over the passenger side dash and under the ceiling cabinet panel. Looks great fits great works great. The 40 inch was not a problem just watch the weight and mount strength. Just finished a 1000 mile plus round trip. Mostly good roads some not so good (rough). The mount worked perfectly no problems with any feature. Would recommend to anyone just mount securely.

Sturdy well-built TV Ceiling Mount from Mount-It!
I hung this TV ceiling mount in my RV underneath one of the overhead cabinets and it took me less than 10 minutes to bolt it down. We have since gone over bumpy roads in the RV and the mount has stayed in place. You can lock the TV in the upward position before placing the RV in motion (a big plus). Very nice mount for the price.

MI-4211 tv ceiling mount
Installed in the master bed room ceiling of my RV and added a 24\ flat screen to it. Mount is well made and stays closed (up) while traveling. There are allen bolts at the pivit points that can be adjusted for more tension if needed.

My TV in the kitchen is now higher for viewing and leaves my counter with more space. It doesn't quite allow me to fold it up much because of the depth of my cabinet. But that's a minor thing as I don't think I'd be folding it up much anyhow.

Well built and Sturdy
Previously I purchased a MI-4200 (smaller) unit for mounting a 24 TV under a cabinet and it was great. So recently I purchased the MI-4222 model for another purpose however. I used it to mount a 32 LED TV on TOP of a cabinet in out boat. The little feet that are supplied with new TVs are not stable enough to mount on a boat that bounces and rocks when underway. I mounted the bracket upside-down secured it to the cabinet tightened the fold feature securely and mounted the TV with the 4 screws. Wonderfully stable and secure. I know that this is not the purpose of the bracket but it is performing well. Mount-It should consider a table top version for boats and RVs. I purchased another MI-4200 to similarly mount a 22 TV in another room in the boat. Great products!

I used this to mount a TV in my motor home. The old TV was basically in a box attached to the ceiling between driver and co-pilot seats. Attached mount to floor of this box and held TV outside of this box (as it was a larger TV). Works great held TV firmly. Ordered a second one for my other RV today.

With tv attached it doesn't hang straight down perpendicular. More at like a 75 angle. Bummer. But great locking feature to fold up. And Great for the price.

Just what I needed for my odd shaped bedroom
I mounted a 40in 19lb TV and like it a lot. I gave it 4 stars because it would be nice if it did a 360 swivel and retracted lower. I rarely close it to the ceiling because you have to stand on a step latter and it doesn't always catch the latch the first time so I just leave it open. I know my review was a glowing review but I do like it.

This mounting bracket worked well with some slight modification. Mounted under a kitchen cabinet I had to use a piece of scrap wood first to keep the screws from going through the bottom of the cabinet. After I did that the installation was fairly straight forward.

This is an interesting product. The baseplate is really heavy duty - it's steel with 5/16\ screw holes - it could hold 500 pounds. I used 1/4-20 t-nuts and 3/4 inch pan head machine screws with washers and lock washers to mount it under a cabinet. (TIP: If you choose a similar route

Screw problems
Nice build quality and adjustable tension allows for just the right amount of resistance to hold the TV in the right spot but also allow it to keep moving.I did have 2 issues i had to resolve.- The screws for the mounting plate that connects to the TV were to long and although they had washers there were not enough to take up the extra length of the screws. I resolved this by removing about half the screw length with wire stippers.- The 2nd issue was that the mounting screws for the top plate that mounts under the cabinet are very long screws that are meant for screwing into a stud in the wall or something. There is no way to use the mounting this under the cabinet with these screws without having massive pointy screws sticking through into the cabinet. I solved this by getting much shorter bolts along with some washers for final fitting. I got tapered bolt heads so i could countersync the holes to get a more flush install inside the cabinet.Overall very happy with the end result and the mount does what it should and holds things upright while letting them be adjusted. Just would be perfect with better mounting solutions.

I liked the simple adjustments
I liked the simple adjustments. I used this in a toy hauler and was concerned about the way it was held in the up position. To release the TV you push up and it drops down. The toy hauler bounces a lot during towing so I stuff a piece of foam behind it during towing. Wished it had a locking pin for additional security during towing.

A good mount for the price.
Bought to hang overhead scoring monitors in a bowling center. Sharp PN-B401 displays (39 diagonal 32 lbs.). Had to fabricate adapter plates (plywood) since the commercial displays had an unusual bolt pattern (400 mm x 200 mm with cooling vents in the center area). Worked well and pleased with the mounts overall.

OK could be better
Although marketed as an undercabinet (as well as ceiling) mount there are no screws or nuts included for under cabinet mounting (only huge lag bolts for ceiling joists or into concrete). Also at least for my tv it will not hang straight down at 90 degrees and there doesn't seem to be a way to tighten the pivot joint so it will hang straight down. Fortunately in my case i can keep it straight down wedged against the dvd player and set top box on the counter beneath it. Some odd oversights for something that costs more than most TV mounts.

I was totally happy with the product. My only wish was that it had a template to assist in the placement of the screws. It's difficult enough to mount hardware overhead and extremely difficult in confined spaces. Other than that it's an excellent product
