Mount-It! Adjustable Arm Rest for Desk | MI-7145

I have been using these since 2020 and since I was coming back to buy one for my desk at work I thought I should write a review! This is ssincerely one of my favorite desk products out there. It helps reduce both shoulder and elbow pain and once you get used to using it it feels super natural. Plus they hold up remarkably well I've never had to replace one from wear and tear it's always been because I have an additional workspace I need it for. Cannot recommend enough!

I've never used an arm rest like this but at $28 I was willing to try it out. I'm a digital artist and I was having a bit of nerve pain in my elbow from leaning it on my desk. I work in an L-shaped desk so I was worried it just wouldn't fit at all. It IS a little clunky but thats because I'm settled right in the corner of this desk. I didn't count that against the product because it should work fine in any other desk. It does take a little getting used to but after a week of using it I'm used to settling my elbow into it and using my mouse keyboard and drawing tablet naturally. Haven't had any elbow pain either. The only thing I would change is making the elbow pad cushier but that's more of a persona preference. If you have big arms the rest MIGHT be a bit narrow for you.
