    I am extremely happy with this purchase... I have had it for about a week now and it works great. Installation wasnt that crazy & it has been working perfectly. The only thingI would mention is that the trunk of the machine will have grease/lube after a few days which is fine by me you barely see it.LOVE!

    I like the unit but had issues assembling unit. The spacer hardware for attaching the VESA plates is inadequate. I have BenQ monitors and the indentation where the VESA plate mounts is too deep for the spacers provided. I had to get longer screws and more spacers to get the VESA plate flush enough to hook onto the and attach to the horizontal bar.My bigger complaint is that I reached out to customer service and no rep was available so as instructed I left messages but no one ever called me back. That is unacceptable!
